SFU Softball Home Run Derby

What is the home run derby?

Each team will have a designated hitter that will hit as many home runs as possible in 60 seconds. Every second counts!

Donate to help your favourite team gain more time—for each $50 pledged to each team, they will receive an additional two seconds hitting. All proceeds will go directly to the SFU softball team to assist with team expenses.

With a gift to one of the SFU Softball Home Run Derby teams, you will create a great student athlete experience, supporting the very best athletes to attend and play for SFU, as well as empowering them to perform at their peak.

In sports, the margin between success and failure can be tiny—but success is always a team effort. When you are part of the team, your contribution can be the one that makes the difference.

The event is open to the public and is also streamed live on SFU Softball's Instagram.
