It’s no secret that the Lower Mainland is one of the most expensive places in Canada to live, let alone be a student. The cost of rent, food, transportation, tuition and textbooks can be overwhelming. And with the recent affordable housing crisis, this year is going to be one of the hardest.
Many students have more than one part-time job to make ends meet. Finding the time to focus on studying can be a serious challenge.
